I took my son for his first haircut and it looks awful. The back is completely uneven; it angles up and curves on one side. I told the lady I didn't want to use the clippers, but she used them anyway and the sides are way too short. The top is too long for how short she cut the sides and back, and the top is uneven too! I would never go back to this place. I now have to find someone to try to fix my son's hair. Very unhappy with Cookie Cutters.
Pros: Ambience, fun for kids
Cons: unskilled stylists, horrible haircuts

Took my one-year old here for his first haircut, and he loved it. I fully expected him to be a little nervous, but it could not have gone any better. Truly professional staff and thier prices are reasonable. I debated about getting the first-haircut package and decided it's a "first" worth remembering; I'm glad I did since the pic looked great. Too bad we were just visiting Toledo; otherwise, we'd be coming back.
