Who loves ribs?? The Road House is the place for you. They literally fall from the bone. Steaks are fantastic, as is the chicken. The rolls that greet you at your table are wonderful and warm, and the cinnamon butter melts all over them. From the buckets of peanuts to the friendly staff, the Road House is comfortable and wonderful!!

With dozens of locations spread across most of the country, this faux-roadhouse chain has become a dependable spot for families in search of a casual spot for affordable steaks and down-home comfort fare. The playful menu is dotted with kid-friendly titles (chicken "critters," "road kill" chopped sirloin) and options (add caramel and marshmallow to a baked sweet potato for a dollar). In-house hand-cut steaks come in a plethora of cuts and sizes.

Best Steak in town

I would recomend this steakhouse over all others in the Toledo area (even Mancy's). I have tried out most of the steakhouses in town and some have good steaks and some don't. Overall Texas Roadhouse is the best. Great food and prices. Why pay a huge amount of money for a good steak, when you can pay a decent price for a steak that is just as good, if not better? You even have the choice of picking out the steak you want before they cook it. A very relaxed attmosphere and very friendly. This is a great place for families or for a date. I do suggest that if you are going during the "busy" times of the day to call ahead. This will take your wait time from "crazy" to only five min. Also, if you get a steak, request to try the pepercorn sauce. It comes with the Filet Medallions, but you can get it with any steak. They also have some of the best bread I have ever had. It's made in the resturant, not frozen and it melts in your mouth. Finally, I would consider it a sin to hide the great taste of their steaks with A-1 sauce. It really is not needed.

• Cons: I really can't think of any other than I can't go often enough.
