I Was Very Happy Threre. I lived in the "towers" for approximately a year in a studio and was very pleased with the management and the building, upkeep, etc. The location was near to all and centrally located.........Security was A-1. I would move back if I ever returned to Toledo........I might add I rented on-line from California and returned back last year. So for a sight unseen, I can say I really lucked out.....

Great place to live if you're training for a marathon!!!. So if you are in training, you can get all the exercise you want. If you don't like walking up and down stairs, I'd look somewhere else. They have known there are problems with these elevators for years, and keep trying to patch them up. I don't know what will happen if someone on the top floor has a heart attack and the EMTs have to take them downstairs on a stretcher.

If you move in, hope that your legs hold out!! Maybe they want to get rid of all the old folks and just have college kids living here, I don't know, but they have known for a looooog time that the eleators need major work and all we get are promises.

Great Customer Service!. We?re moving in June. Customer Service is great - they spend as much their time as you need to tell you all details about property. We moving from Texas and I never seen Toledo and this app complex. So you can imagine how hard to find quiet and inexpencive place over the Internet. We?ve picked this place not only because it's close to UT (10 min), but they also have bus line toward UT and strict noise policy. Nice floor planes, big windows, heat/ac/water included, fitness, pool and garage. We got 2bad/2 bath 1200 sq f for $750! And they will hold t for us for a month! She even sent me flyers on paper mail!
