I called Bartz today looking for suggestions for gifts to send my husband. I told them I realized that men weren't all that wild about getting flowers, but that I wanted to send something nice for our anniversary. The gal on the phone gave me a whole list of suggestions. I wound up picking some sort of man basket with beer and nuts and candy. My husband called to thank me and said all the guys in the office went nuts. Thank you for going the extra mile and not treating me like an idiot when I called not knowing what to send.

After my father passed away we headed to Bartz Viviano at the suggestion of the funeral home to pick out the flowers. I was amazed at how kind, caring, and compassionate the sales team was. We were seated in a private room, offered refreshments and given a book to choose from. They were extremely accomodating with the special requests we had, and took the time to explain how these would be incorporated into the arrangements. The flowers they created were incredible. At such a difficult time in our lives, it was incredibly comforting to know we were in such good hands.

I waited til the last minute to order flowers for my mother's birthday. Bartz went above and beyond to get my order delivered to her the same day. When my mom received the flowers she raved about how beautiful they were. Great service and Great arrangments. I LOVE THEM!

Shameful Way to Operate a Business. I decided to send two dozen red roses to my wife on Valentine's Day from Bartz Viviano. After going to the store and pointing at exactly what I wanted sent all I had to do was wait...or so I had thought. Bartz Viviano decided to deliver pink and yellow roses instead. After buying flowers from them for years I called the store to talk about what happened but was told the manager was to busy to take the call but would call back. I don't understand how time can't be taken by a manager to take a call from a dissatified customer and further don't understand how the manager can choice not to return the call at all. Thinking a break in communication may have occurred I sent a detailed message to them through the Bartz Viviano website. Once again I did not receive a response.

Apparenly courtesy is not as important to those at Bartz Viviano as the dollar is. If a simple conversation is to difficult for them to handle then I suggest anyone thinking about buying flowers find another store.

Absolutely Horrible Flower Shop. DO NOT buy flowers from this place. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend on Valentines Day, placed the order 4 days ahead of time and they came wilted with no water in the vase. Called them back, they said they would bring out a new arrangement. The new flowers came hours later, were not what I ordered and because they came so late I couldnt even call them back to try and get things fixed for the second time as they were already closed. HUGE dissapointment and waste of money.

Exquisite. This is truly the best flower shop in the toledo and surrounding areas! I would never go to a different store! They are the best and do everything that they state plus 10x more! a++++++ experience
