I hate to post this...... I have long loved Jing Chuan, I go there every year for my birthday and I have always recommended it. Unfortunately, I don't know if I could ever go back. There was a mix up with our bill and we were shorted by 90 cents. No biggie...but we just wanted to clear it up and add it onto the tip. Let me give you a little advice...DO NOT QUESTION THE STAFF!!!!!! There language barrier didn't make it any easier. We tried to explain and even calculated it our several times....it was so frustrating and the women was getting so angry that we said we just wanted to forget it and let it go. It was then that the women completely yelled at us in a fully seated dining room. Everyone was looking at us as she totally lost it. As we were walking out it appeared the owner had been notified and was trying to explain to her that she did indeed make a mistake. It was the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I felt belittled and embarrassed. I don't like to make a scene but she obviously doesn't like to be questioned. As I said, the food is great but I wouldn't recommend the customer service to anyone!!!

Best Chinese food I've ever had!. This place has great service, friendly people, and exellent food. I have been a loyal coustomer here for over 10 years, and I reccomend this place to anyone who loves authentic Chinese food. Their prices are just right, and if you go for lunch (11-2:30) it is cheaper and 100% better than getting fast food.

Great food and price - Mediocre atmosphere. I took citysearch recommendations and took my wife to this place for her birthday. The outside is in poor repair, but there was ample parking and cars in the lot. Inside, the place looked ideally suited for families, but definitely not the romantic ambience I was hoping for. We were quickly seated and served with excellent service.

We ordered the sizzling platter appetizer which was delicious - tender meat and great egg rolls, rangoons were so-so. Moved on to sizzling rice soup for two, which was excellent. We split a main course of moo-shoo pork, beautifully prepared at the table, which left us full and with leftovers to take home. Total, including 1 Tsing Tao, tea for two, and >20% tip = $41.

Overall: I would return for the very good food and service, but not on a date/anniversary/special occasion.

BEST CHINESE FOOD-EVER!. The food is superb. I'm from California, there are China Towns everywhere and this is better than anything I found in California, and this is definitely the best in Ohio! Great food, wonderful service, no waiting and prices are extremely affordable!

great food, great service. great food, great service,ample parking. huge menu selection. large resturant, very efficient. short wait even when they are busy.
