Been their patient for 13yrs

I have been a patient since I was 17rs old...I have never had an issue with them. Dr. Markwood is the best. He always remembers me and we have conversations that continue from a previous appointment. He has delivered both my children and last Wednesday did my tubial. If he ever retires my next dr. will have a lot of work to do to even try to compare to Dr. Markwood. As far as Alyshia goes...she is no longer there. She was a little different. :) Based on my experiences I would recommend them to everyone.

Treat people like scum

Very lazy rude unprofessional staff. This doctors office has the worst customer service and does not treat their sick patients with the respect they deserve.

Dr Markwood and Dr Lucente are awesome!! They are very understanding and caring and really listen to their patients! The overall staff at the office are amazing with one exception but toucan be the judge of that. I would recommend these dr's to all of my friends and family!

Lucente's Amazing, Alysha Not So Much

Dr. Lucente, who is a female doctor and works in Dr. Markwood's office, is amazing. She's always understanding, takes her time, and most importantly, is GENTLE. I'm afraid of pap smears and Dr. Lucente is always infinitely patient with me, very gentle and very understanding. It would get five stars just for her! The reason I only gave the office three stars is because you have to wait an insanely long time for an appointment and because Alysha is a total snot, as the reviewer said before me. She's really rude and has an attitude. I think she must be someone's daughter because I can't figure out why else she'd be working there. If you ever have a problem, make sure you don't talk to Alysha. She thinks she's a doctor and she's just some college kid.

• Cons: Some, not all, rude office staff

HORRILBE PRACTICE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The office staff at Markwood's office is despicable, especially that snotty brat alyshia. Get rid of her!! Markwood wouldn't know bedside manner if it smacked him upside the head. Quick to induce, and quick to cut. Stick to his rigid surgical schedule. Natural child birth? vbac? unheard of in markwoods office.
