I called Bartz today looking for suggestions for gifts to send my husband. I told them I realized that men weren't all that wild about getting flowers, but that I wanted to send something nice for our anniversary. The gal on the phone gave me a whole list of suggestions. I wound up picking some sort of man basket with beer and nuts and candy. My husband called to thank me and said all the guys in the office went nuts. Thank you for going the extra mile and not treating me like an idiot when I called not knowing what to send.

If this shop is anything like their Secor Rd location I would shop here in a heartbeat. They have incredibly caring employees who really helped up through a difficult time.

Worst florist in town!. I will never shop at Bartz Viviano ever again! They were incredibly rude! The arrangement I purchased looked as if it were thrown in a vase and the flowers were already looked half dead. The arrangement only lasted 3 days before it completely died. When I took it back in they accused me of purposely killing the flowers and told me there was nothing they could do. They claim to guarantee their flowers for 7 days and guarantee 100% customer satisfaction but that is completely untrue! I was offended with how accusatory and rude the staff was and how poor the quality was. I will never return there it was just awful!

best experience. The girls here are really helpful and really know what they are talking about. I don't agree with the above comment at all! I think these girls are great and I will make sure that I shop her again. They were sooo helpful and were willing to do anything to make my shopping experience perfect. They called all of their stores just to find the piece that I was looking for! So thank ful for a great experience I will for sure be back. Sometimes people don't have lives and all they want to do is complain, I feel that everyone should shop here because it was a great experience! We should all make our own decisions on how people are! What goes around comes around! If you walk in with an attitude people may give it right back!
