Very stingy service. I've been going to this restaurant for several years and while the food is good the service is not. Asking the owner for crackers with the soup and she says it's for take out only. A recent visit she happily refreshed our drinks that were half empty only to say there's a one refill limit on soft drinks. And underhanded move, but the next time we went the fountain drinks were replaced with cans of pop, we're 2$ each, and this time NO refills.

The last visit our eggrolls came with rancid cabbage. The only thing she did was take them back and took them off our bill. This place used to be okay, now they're randomly closed for several days, have bad service, and rotten food. Just go to the other Chinese restaurant on Navarre instead.

Small, but wonderful!. This tiny little jem hidden in Oregon has the best Chinese food in the Toledo area, bar none. The menu is extensive, the portions are just right, the staff is friendly, and the price is very reasonable. Where else can two people have an excellent lunch for under $10?
