Exceeded my expectations. The whole staff was so informative that no one could remain fearful. Professionalism was first class! If I had been apprehensive I would have been soothed immediately upon entering the clinic.

Great Experience. Services exceeded my expectation. I appreciated the printed literature provided, having the name of a nurse to call with questions, sunglasses that were provided, snack provided after surgery, over all professionalism. – Sidney

Dr. Kollarits and her staff genuinely care about patients. Provide high quality care. New facility and location. Covered parking.. Dr. Kollarits has moved her office and ambulatory surgery center to a new location: 3509 Briarfield Blvd in Maumee, Oh. In consideration of her patients she asked the architect to design an area for covered parking. Now patients can get out of their cars on windy, rainy, or snowy days and not have to get wet. Her ambulatory surgery center has met the substantial compliance standards set by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Healthcare, Inc. (AAAHC) in providing high quality care, since 1989. Compliance with these standards is a significant accomplishment and ensures safe, excellent patient care. Her staff is experienced, as well, and most have worked with Dr. Kollarits for more than 10 years. Staff do not stay long or work with someone who does not treat them well. These are actions on Dr. Kollarits part that show she genuinely cares for and thinks of what is best for her patients and staff.

Do Not Recommend. I feel Dr. Kollarits does not care about the health of my eyes. She did not ask if I had any questions or concerns, nor did she allow time for me to ask. I feel she rushed through my appt. (after waiting to see her for over an hour.) She did a quick exam by reading off numbers to another staff and handed me my perscription and left.

Confidentility of patients is also lacking as patient/doctor conversations were easily overheard by all the people waiting in the waiting room. I couldn't help but hear the doctor talking about the patient's case of herpes.

I do not recommend this doctor.
