I have been using this Vet for many years now. i have had to put 2 cats down and the people that work there are so wonderful and they even sent me a sympathy card. They care about your pets.

Instantly impressed! I was shopping around for a new veterinarian, when my search brought me to a highly recommended practice called Reynolds Road Animal Hospital.

Being a veterinary technology student myself, I hold my veterinarian to very high standards. Well, let me tell you the staff at RRAH delivered hands down!

All of the staff from the receptionists, to the assistants are amazing!

Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful do not even begin to describe the staff here. I have never been to a more competent or efficient vet office.

My kids with tails love Dr.Roger and we will be coming back for years to come!

What a relief to find these guys! I recently moved to the Toledo area and was not sure where to go for my 2 year old female cat. As "Kitts" is my only companion, I really worry about her. She was not her normal perky self, but I just wrote that off to stress from her new surroundings.

A neighbor who has 4 cats suggested I give her vet a try and gave me their phone number. I called and immediately was impressed with their staff. They took down all my details and said they would call back as soon as they had an open slot. To my amazement they called in about 30 minutes.

I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival I was asked to give them as much details about meds and stuff from my other Vet in Cleveland. When I did not have all the info, they called the vets in Cleveland and had them email her info...ain't the Internet Great! No Charge!

Sadly I found out that my baby has several cavities, as Dr. Grothaus showed me and said the teeth would have to come out. After my first thought about her health, I then thought about the cost. The Dr. said he was more concerned about Kitt's health, and said he would make sure we could come to some fee that I could afford and not to worry. What a relief.

BTW, they also included a free wellness exam as Kitts was a new patient. I hope all of the people in my adopted city of Toledo are as nice. :)

Great service, and a staff that really cares. I have been going to The Reynolds Road Animal Hospital for over three years now. I have three "Rescue" cats, and I don't have a lot of money...however that has never stopped Dr. Roger Grothaus from doing the best job he could.

In fact when I rescued my 3rd little furball, Dr. Roger knocked off a few bucks on getting Saba neutered..since I was taking a stray off the streets.

Two weeks ago my 3 year old female cat developed some indigestion problems. I called at 9:00 am, and had an appointment by 11:20 the SAME morning. They squeezed me in as they were concerned.

They were very upfront with pricing, and took the time to explain the tests in language a non-vet could understand.

Thankfully she is fine....but the amazing part is the next day the vet assistant called to make sure she was doing fine.

Now that is what I call service. Hell, my own Doctor doesn't even call me back after an appointment.

Thanks to all the staff at Reynolds Road Animal Hospital for taking care of my babies. Meow :)

Got a Money Tree?. Care was ok but got talked into too many things that cost alot.This guy was as much a salesman as a vet.Estimates with a spread of $150.00 always ended up a few bucks from the high and once I asked them to not do a couple tests before surgury that would (they said) knock a couple hundred off the bill , only to pay $40.00 more then the high estimate. Go figure. Seemed like he uses scare tactics and after paying several thousand dollars I had enough and felt taken advantage of. I don't mind paying a fair price but after talking to others , I was paying alot more than I should have been. I'm moving on to find a vet that has a passion for treating my pets not padding their pockets so much. Like I said care was ok but if I could rate the way they try to sell you everything I'd give them a no star.

More interested in taking your money than giving care. Care for my pets is foremost. Unfortunately, i learned a hard lesson with Reynolds Road Animal Hospital. First, they are not a hospital. They are ill-equipped and not staffed to handle any emergency. Secondly, they are more interested in up-selling you products and unnecessary services. I did not realize until I had to take a pet to another facility how poor the care my pets were receiving here and how much I was being fleeced. I encourage you to speak with family and friends to identify a great vet. I can assure you they will not mention this facility.

Our Dog and I feel as we are part of the Family.. Reynolds Road Animal Hospital has been great for Bear and me. Prompt appointments and personal care. You can tell that they care for your pet. I am sad that I am moving away from the state as I doubt I'll find another Animal Care facility of this quality.

Simply stated: The BEST!. Reynolds Road Animal Hospital has been our choice for over 30 years. Upon moving to Toledo, many years ago, my aunt introduced us to the RRAH family. From the original Drs. Young and Ron Grothaus to all the additional docs, we have NEVER been upset or questioning of the care our animals receive. I truly believe if you're going to have animals, you must be responsible about their care. RRAH has made this task possible. I drive across town to keep my pets with RRAH . . . it will always be that way as long as I have pets!

BEST Animal Hospital. Reynolds Road Animal Hospital is the Best.... Dr. Savage is amazing, I would recomend her to anyone looking for a vet. Butch and Bailey like her also...

Caring and Professional service. Very pleased with all the services that have been provided by this veterinary office. I have been with them through many dogs and cat's lives. They are there when it is important, especially in the tough times when our animals are sick and need extra care. Would highly recommend for anyone who really cares about their animals.
