The place is disgusting. They used to have another location in North Towne mall when it was open for a short time. After leaving the shop this past summer I felt horrible. No food or feces in food, water bowls dumped over (remind you this is summer), dirty cages. Animals looked depressed and lethargic. They have a outdoor pen that was no better. The shop is actually a house. One person on staff that just wanted to talk to his friend. Stunk, all I can really say is sad, dirty, and depressing to see. It makes you wonder if anyone ever checks up on these places. Would never recommend to anyone!
