GINO'S HAS THE BEST PIZZA IN THE UNIVERSE. I HAD NEVER HEARD OF GINO'S ON ARLINGTON AVE UNTIL I MET MY HUSBAND. THIS IS THE BEST PIZZA THAT I HAVE EVERY HAD. WE HAVE SINCE MOVED OUT OF THE SOUTHEND AND UP TO MICHIGAN AND STILL HAVE TO GO GET A GINO'S PIZZA ABOUT ONCE A MONTH. THE PIZZA IS VERY UNIQUE AND HAS LOTS OF CHEESE AND TOPPINGS. IT WILL BE LOVE AT FIRST BITE!!! ENJOY

Ginos is the King. Ginos is a very clean pizza parlor. My last visit I used the restroom and took a peak in the tiny kitchen. It was immaculate. The pizza maker is very nice, she gave us some extra sauce. That made my day. Thanks Ginos for getting up every day and provided top notch pizza pies to every Toledoan!!!

It's the cheese!!.
This pizza moved from my #2 ranking to #1 after Pizza Inn closed. If you've never tried this pizza PLEASE do, it's the best you'll ever have. However I disagree with previous reviewers about the sauce. What I think makes this the best pizza is the cheese. Now when I was younger and saw this pizza on the family dinner table I would sometimes cry thinking the pizza was burnt. Now I know it's what gives the pizza all the flavor, and it's the only way I like cheese on my pizza.
I think Gino's could and should expand their building to serve more customers, maybe (ala pizza inn) offer a pizza buffet on Friday nights as well as some form of entertainment while waiting for your pizza... maybe karaoke?
You know you're really from Toledo when you only eat Gino's Pizza!!!

The Best Pizza EVER!!!!!.
I just want to say this pizza, is the best I have EVER had. I have lived all over the US and tried them all ( never a chain just the locals).The crust, sauce and cheese is amazing. I have driven over 4 hours ( I did not start drinking until I was close to the restaurant though) just to enjoy this slice of pie. When I'm there I really "chow down" and enjoy my pie. Please wait at least 10 minutes before you eat it as it allows the flavors to congeal. Get it to- go or eat in; they have a great place to enjoy. The beer is cheap too!!!!
One comment I have is that I think you should sell your sauce to people who want to buy it. What is that going to hurt? People cannot duplicate it, I'm not going to take it to a lab and have it annalyzed. I just crave the stuff. I have been eating here for close to 40 years. I wonder what my cholestrol is like????
I want to give an update on this review. My cholestrol is real bad, but lets not worry about that right now.
I went to Toledo this past weekend for a hockey game. We had to have a Ginos Pizza( Arlington) . We called it in and picked it up. WoW, again the best pizza ever. How do you guys do it? It was so good my mom ate 4 pieces, we were all mad at her for that as it cut into our consumption. My brother Tony was reallly really mad. He took his frustration out on his German Chocolate Cake!!!! The next day my mom told my sister she only had 2 pieces. That will tell you how good this pizza is...... It has my mom lying, she will be going to confession this weekend.

This pizza is Wasom Basom. Ginos is an institution that should be registed as a National Treasure. The pizza is very unique in taste and keeps you running back for more. Hell I have dreams about this pizza. The ingredients are top shelf!!!

What happened to that Gino's Tastiest Pizza??. I've had Gino's Pizza for years & years! I'd would've recommended it to anyone. My hubby picked 1 up tonight & it was the worst pizza I've ever had from THE Gino's!! It didn't even have that Pizza taste. I was going to call tonight but thought I'd see if you had a site. I'll more than likely come back, but not again if it's the same as this evening. Sorry, but I just had to voice my opinion. The service was great my husband said & everyone was very friendly.

Yummy!. This pizza is the best in Toledo! I swear you've never had pizza lke this before. If you are an out of towner..please stop at Gino's on Arlington...it really is the best!!
