DON'T MOVE IN!. This place absolutely sucks!!! Don't get sucked in by the looks or the hot air that the apartment manager will attempt to blow up your back side. Moved into a townhouse and its horrid! My neighbors are horrid - they have a fire pit in their patio where every weekend flames typically reach the top of the fence. Which btw that illegal so says the lease but nothing gets done. There is a leak in the roof that they have known about for probably months now that is still not fixed. And I have water leaking into my front bedroom. No apologizes from the apartment manager, no discounts off of rent for having to catch the water that leaks thru the roof. When I called the apartment manager to find out when the roof would be fixed she acted like a 5 year old getting all defensive and hung up on me. REAL PROFESSIONAL!

So do yourself a favor and find someplace else to live!! This place is horrid and I would not recommend this place to a homeless person!

Disapointment. We almost moved in. I spoke with lady from their office like a month in advance. We agreed on everything. When time came - we found that they not only lost our papers and check, but they found that they can?t hold apartment for more than 10 days. It was May-June and they had many available units. They just didn?t want to spend little more time with customer. I like their 2b/1 b floor Manchester plan, but this is the only thing I like. They don?t have w/d in unit. There is laundry room, but it's pretty far. Playground has two swings and one 10 feet slide (how toddler supposes to use it?). And I waited for a week to get call back. Should I know they waste my time - I?d called somewhere else! They listed everywhere, but it does not mean them excellent!
