Not so great. I went in to get a loan on my jewelry which was fine. When I returned to pay the loan and pick up my jewelry one of my rings was damaged. Apparently the testing liquid they use to determine whether an item is real gold, silver, etc. will eat the actual metal. I was left with what appeared to be a nick out of the band on my ring and quite a bit of discoloration all over the band which left me wondering if the actual gem in my ring was damaged or replaced (due to a small occlusion on the surface of the stone which is now no longer there????) Makes me wonder what exactly went on while my jewelry was there.

Best Jeweler in Toledo. I've never been one for jewelry but found out that, like all other women, I’d drape myself diamonds!

My boyfriend was referred to Leo Marks Jewelers for a Chamilia charm for my birthday and later stopped in for . . . an engagement ring! My ring is classic and beautiful. The staff at Leo Marks was very helpful in the whole process. Surprisingly, the staff DOES NOT work on commission which is hard to find in a jeweler. They didn’t pressure my husband into anything and gave him an amazing deal with great financing. Since then, we’ve gone to Leo Marks for all of our jewelry needs from watches and pearl earrings to costume jewelry and a quick ring cleaning! We are constantly recommending them to all of our friends and family.

Finding a jeweler that you can trust is like finding a good dentist. . . Once you find someone good, you never want to go to anyone else.

One visit made me a loyal customer. As a lover of unique jewelry, I am always on the lookout for vintage or custom pieces. Leo Marks Jewelers offers both! They have an expanding case of amazing vintage jewelry that you can't find anywhere else. When I become engaged I am definitely coming to Leo Marks to create a custom engagement ring. Also, I like shopping at a local and independently owned store (not a chain.) The sales people are very helpful and sweet. I will return to Leo Marks every time I'm in the market for a piece of jewelry.
