BASSETT'S HEALTH STORE - A LIFE SAVER MANY TIMES OVER. Bassett's Health Food has been a life saver to me. The cost effective natural remedies have granted me a level of health I would never have enjoyed without their expertise and warm cordiality. Mrs. Pat Bassett proved to be in the know on many things and provided guidance in my health care that literally has prolonged my life. I recommend these fine folks to anybody who is serious about health care.

Owner (Ms. Bassett) very rude. Nothing was unique or special about this visit. This was my fourth and last time visiting Bassetts. I called on November 13th to ask if they have Earth's Best Soy Infant Formula in stock, they directed me to Jenny who said she can specially order it and the cost is $32. I call back and inform the young man who had answered to let her know I need her to order the SOY formula. He then calls me back verifies that it is in fact SOY that I wanted, I tell him yes. Then I get a phone call saying it is in. My sister works nearby there at Subway, so I asked her to pick it up from there, told her the price, and she went to pick it up. My sister calls me saying the price is $42.25. Yes, for a $29.99 can of baby formula, which I needed, so I told her to pay for it. I call them directly and tell them that Jenny told me over the phone it would be extra for the Soy, when she clearly could have told me that. I then told her, that I paid 29.99 at Toys' R' Us, and if I had known the formula was 42.25, I'd have never even specially ordered it. She calls me back saying Ms. Bassett said I can bring my receipt back for a refund, I told them No I need the formula for my Sun and I hang up, they then try to call me back, after being rude to my sister, saying look at the sticker, the original price is 49.89, which I KNOW was not, maybe at her store, but I will never again shop there, ever, and with customer service like theirs, I'd advise others to take their business elsewhere as well.
