HORRIBLE!!!. This place is terrible. I call the office at the least once a mo. about something breaking, light bulbs going out, dishwasher issue, tons of spiders (had them spray), evestroughs falling off the buildingS, I lived here for a week and my entire dead bolt just fell off the door and they thought it was alright that i go to work and leave my appt unlocked until they could get it fixed. They offer student discounts, but dont advised residents that they offer anything even thought we put up with them not keeping up on matinence or even changing a light bulb. They say, THAT they filed bankruptcy and are under new maintence now, I guess we will see if it gets any better. Since I have been here(11MO) I have seen in my parking lot at least 15 car break-in's. They opened the pool a month late and closed it a month early (it was open for maybe a mo.) they said it was b/c they didnt have chemicals to run the pool. In the summer they also failed to mow the grass until it was knee high and they said it was b/c they had no money b/c they were filing bankrupcy. BUT WITH EVERY ISSUE WE AS RESIDENTS HAD, THEY STILL EXPECTED US TO PAY OUR RENT AND TO PAY IT ON TIME!!! NO DISCOUNTS WERE EVER ASSESED FOR OUR INCONVIENCE OR TIME OUT OF OUR DAY FOR CALLING EVERY MO.!!!
