don't drink and drive!. Ratings depend on how much you drink!!!! My husband took me to Loma Linda's because he knows that is one of my favorite places to eat and I love the margaritas. They really pissed me off when I tried to get another drink and they wouldn't give it to me. My husband was drinking water so I coulud drink but they cut me off!! WTF,, if you have a DD why do they cut you off????? You think they keep track of every drink that people drink?? Hell no if they are not busy, but they do if they are not busy!! If you want to drilnk go when the rest of the drunks go!! If I ever go back it will be later when they are busy so they don't cut me off. I left there 3 hours ago and I'm still pissed off!! If i want to drink till i get sick that is my business as long and I don't drink and drive!!…
Visit everytime we come in town!.
I live out of town, but everytime we come back to Toledo Loma's is the first place we go to. The food is great, atmosphere is awesome, and you can't beat their margaritas! Service is always
wonderful!
Looking forward to my next visit home so I can get a strawberry margarita and a mexican pizza!…
Worst Food.
Terrible experience, american cheese served on all mexcan dishes when asked for a substitution for white cheese. they would not allow that. I even offered to pay the difference. My sister claimed that
the salsa was straight out of a jar ( La Victoria).. Neice ordered a tostado which she was unable to eat. My daughter had a hamburger (frozen) which she did not eat..
I will make the trip to Canton Michigan at Mexican Fiesta the next time I want a good mexican meal..…
Great food! Excellent service!. My family and I dined at Loma Linda's last night. We had fast service and excellent food. Our waitress greeted us quickly and with a smile. She brought our food equally as fast. She did not bring chips to the table. When we inquired she replied that the restaurant is family owned and in order to keep prices low, they charge for the chips. No big deal, I think they were 75 cents. We fed our family for $33.00 with appetizers and cocktails! Great night out!…
Not Impressive. A couple of my friends and I went out to try something new and decided on LLs. We, almost immedietly, were very disappointed. I found the service to be rude. I was confused on why we had salsa on our table with no chips. Being familiar with Mexican restaurants and what a night out in these atmospheres usually consists of, I thought maybe they had forgotten the chips. When I asked the server about it he said it is a sales incentive. "We give you the salsa as an incentive to buy the chips." Ridiculous. I have been to restaurants all over the country and none of them have done something like that. We told the waiter we have never been here before and asked what appetizer he recommends. He said he didnt know. What?? We decided on the shrimp and instead of taking our order and just letting us know about how long it would be, he discouraged us from ordering. "That takes 20 minutes; are you sure you want to wait that long?" That was the most expensive appetizer they had and last time I checked, he should be trying to make the most money since tips are determined by a percentage of the total bill. His additude was obvious, but something that is hard to describe in words. Service can make or break a place, regardless of the quality of the food. He broke it. There were also several things that are not typical in Mexican restaurants. For example, the menu included things typical in American restaurants, that should not be in Mexican food; french fries and burgers, the kids menu did not include any Mexican food. They had misprints in the menu that would be typical in someone that is not familiar with real Mexican food. We had already been disappointed up to this point so we left the money for what the bill would be on the table and left. There was no point in being disappoined for the rest of the bill.…
