acupuncture. WOW. pretty much the first word that comes to my head. I was very skeptical about the procedure. I was a pack a day smoker for about 7 years. I am happy to say I am on my 5th smoke free day. I dont even think about cigs anymore. i HIGHLY suggest going to see Dr. Birch before she retires. I believe she truly did save my life....thank you Dr. Birch!

Dr. Birch. My husband, two of our best friends and myself went to see Dr. Birch to quit smoking. We had been smokers for at least 30 years...I am happy to tell you that we have been smoke free since the day we walked through Dr. Birch's door!!! That was 16 years ago :) Best investment we ever made! Now we take the money we would have spent on nasty cigarettes and take trips to the caribbean! Dr. Birch not only saved my life...but my husband's and our best friends!! T.E.

acupuncture for smoking. I had acupuncture from dr Birch for smoking several weeks ago and I can say I am a very proud non-smoker. Excellent results.

Maybe Plain Jane didn't have it IN her to quit~. I was looking for Dr. Birch's phone # for ANOTHER friend who wants to quit smoking. I and several friends have quit relatively easily with Dr. Birch's help. It has been 5 years since I and three friends went to Dr. Birch, (we all remain smoke free) one of my friend's mom was a 30+ year smoker...she is STILL a non-smoker! If you REALLY want to quit. This will alleviate the "physical addiction", of course, you will still have those, "a cigarette would be great with this coffee" for a while, but it can be easily worked through!! DO IT!!
