Dr. Birch. My husband, two of our best friends and myself went to see Dr. Birch to quit smoking. Maybe Plain Jane didn't have it IN her to quit~. I was looking for Dr. Birch's phone # for ANOTHER friend who wants to quit smoking. I and several friends have quit relatively easily with Dr. Birch's help. It has been 5 years since I and three friends went to Dr. Birch, (we all remain smoke free) one of my friend's mom was a 30+ year smoker...she is STILL a non-smoker! If you REALLY want to quit. This will alleviate the "physical addiction", of course, you will still have those, "a cigarette would be great with this coffee" for a while, but it can be easily worked through!! DO IT!!…
