Horrible Policy & Rude Office Staff. If you miss one appointment they will not let you be a patient there anymore! My husband missed a new patient appointment, got very sick and they refused to see him! What a horrible office staff too, nobody cared at all about what we are going through, only their office policy! It's everything that is wrong with Healthcare in America. They are only concerned about making money and getting patients in and out the door. If you are looking for a new family practice in Perrysburg, keep looking, these people are horrible. I've been a patient there for 4 years and they refuse to see my husband from one missed appointment!!!
