So today, it is very cold and so I didn't want to leave the office twice. I had a meeting at 3:30 out and I went to the salon to tan at 2:50. Anyways, when I got there the lady said it was going to be a15 minute wait. Keep in mind it is 2:50 on a Wednesday. So standing at the front desk I could see 3 open beds. I said, "why can't I use one of those" I was told that "my membership" did not include those beds and that only 1 bed was designated to my membership. However, for double the price each month I could upgrade and then I could use 2 beds with stronger bulbs. Really!!! So I got my contract out from 2011 and no where on it does it say anything about being treated unfairly. This is really wrong Aloha! Not happy! Do something quickly about this or I'm leaving with all my friends!
WATCH YOUR JEWELRY!!!. The spray tanning part of my visit was 3 stars. HOWEVER, an employee took 2 bracelets off of my wrist and placed them on a chair. I left without the bracelets. When I called back the next morning I was told that the room was cleaned after each visit and my bracelets were not found. Why didn't the employee SEE the bracelets if she actually "cleaned" the room? After multiple phone conversations with the regional manager, the bracelets have not been returned to me nor has any offer of financial reimbursement been made. I just wonder what REALLY happened to my bracelets?
I have had no Problem.
I do not know why you had such a bad experience. I know that there is no excuse for the type of service you received from them, but maybe they were having a bad day. (no i do not now nor have i ever worked there)
However, I have been tanning there for years and I have seen a lot of workers come and go. I have not really had any problems and if i had questions, they always answer them right away or if they don't know the answer, they find out for me and let me know.
I have tanned at different salons and I will say that they do take care of thier beds at Aloha tanning and replace thier bulbs reg. I really enjoy tanning there and the people who currently work there are very nice and know alot about tanning and how the different lotions work and they give you pointers to help your tan last longer and not dry out.
Rude employees, Dirty salon, Cheap bulbs. I tanned at this salon for about a month. When I first called to get their prices and specials the girl on the phone was pretty rude. She was very short with her answers and did not explain anything to me about their tanning levels and such. However, I had a coupon so I decided to give it a try. Everytime I went in to the salon I had to wait for the employee to clean the bed. I got the impression that they don't clean the beds right as a customer is done and leaves but rather they clean it when someone new comes in to tan. And a few times the employees would have their friends in there and they would basically ignore the clients. The facility is not clean... the walls are dirty with lotion splatters and their beds are dusty. I think their bulbs are cheap too because I didn't develop a tan, I just got red everytime and it faded away. I wouldn't reccommend this tanning salon to anyone!
Rude and Unknowledgable employees!. I'm a friendly person, & I don't come across rude on the phone so I was shocked to have the kind of response I got from these employees. I called & asked about their packages but I was rudely put on hold for a long time! So I tried calling back several times but there wasn't an answer. So I called from my house phone & someone picked up & I asked if I did or said something funny because the girl on the phone & a girl in the backround were laughing ... so I simply asked if they took checks & she said yes & the girl on the phone proceeded to be extremely snobby. I was shocked at how rude & UNproffesional these people were! I'd NEVER tan there now! They can't even answer a simple question as to how strong the watts are in their beds!
