I tanned at this salon for about a month. When I first called to get their prices and specials the girl on the phone was pretty rude. She was very short with her answers and did not explain anything to me about their tanning levels and such. However, I had a coupon so I decided to give it a try. Everytime I went in to the salon I had to wait for the employee to clean the bed. I got the impression that they don't clean the beds right as a customer is done and leaves but rather they clean it when someone new comes in to tan. And a few times the employees would have their friends in there and they would basically ignore the clients. The facility is not clean... the walls are dirty with lotion splatters and their beds are dusty. I think their bulbs are cheap too because I didn't develop a tan, I just got red everytime and it faded away. I wouldn't reccommend this tanning salon to anyone!

I'm a friendly person, & I don't come across rude on the phone so I was shocked to have the kind of response I got from these employees. I called & asked about their packages but I was rudely put on hold for a long time! So I tried calling back several times but there wasn't an answer. So I called from my house phone & someone picked up & I asked if I did or said something funny because the girl on the phone & a girl in the backround were laughing ... so I simply asked if they took checks & she said yes & the girl on the phone proceeded to be extremely snobby. I was shocked at how rude & UNproffesional these people were! I'd NEVER tan there now! They can't even answer a simple question as to how strong the watts are in their beds!
Cons: Rude, Snobby, Unknowledgable
