Wonderful salon experience!!. At this salon, I felt as though I was in the hands of true professionals. The stylist really had a vision for my haircut and the colorist also had great ideas for my color! I loved the results and have been back a few more times to try some other services.
Best pizza-Gino's. I went there for a perm and the lady put on some type of cholesterol cream really thick while doing my perm. Needless to say the perm didn't take and my hair ended up straight as could be. I called and complained. Something I never do, but I had paid a lot of money for the perm and hated to just flush my money away. I had to go in for a consult. They tried to make me feel like I was ripping them off and they didn't do anything wrong. Then after they agreed that the perm didn't take, what choice did they have my hair was straight as a board with no body. I had to make an appointment for 2 weeks away. When I did come back for the perm they made me sign a contract that would not make them liable for how my hair would turn out. I was treated like I was trash trying to take advantage of them. I will never go back there again.
Overpriced updo's and flaky employees.
I came here with a bridal party about a month ago to have my hair done in a nice updo. I knew what I wanted and knew that it could be done because I had it done before. Of course, by the time the stylist was done, my hair looked nothing like I wanted it to. The stylist couldn't even take the time to straighten the front part of my hair, instead she used tons of hairspray and plastered it back to the side of my head. This left my supposed to be sleek look very wavy and all of my fly-aways started to poke up after I left. It was lop-sided and the hair pins were falling out before I even got to the church. Before the stylist was even done with my hair she had her next client back in a chair and discussing that client's hair instead of focusing on finishing mine. The back of my hair was falling out before we even made it to the reception, this was a problem since in half of the pictures after the ceremony, my hair was falling down and you could tell. I just think that for $50 my hair should have lasted through the reception, is that so much to ask?
When I went to pay for my updo that I didn't even like, they couldn't get their credit card machine to work and had to write down all of my credit card info on a piece of paper. Not even five minutes later while I was waiting for the bride to be finished the lady behind the cash register came up to me and said that they had gotten the credit card machine running, but my card was declined. After assuring her there was no way this was possible and much prodding, I finally got her to show me the credit card information that she had taken from me and she had written it down wrong! All in all I would never go back to this salon, there are far better salons in the area that don't charge as much-or if they do it is worth it-and actually know how to treat their clients.
