Just picked my car up from their shop 15 minutes ago. They did a tremendous job. The car looks better than new. Great customer service and everyone is very upbeat and personable. They also fixed a few problems with my car that I did not bring it in for, for free. Service was completed in a timely manner while keeping me updated. They also washed the outside and cleaned the inside before returning the vehicle to me. Strongly recommend this shop over larger, impersonal chains. Great work guys.

Awesome Place. I went here to get my car checked out and the staff were very helpful and actually concerned with the welfare of my car! They did a minor fix to my car for ABSOLUTELY FREE along with my estimate. Finally their lobby is possibly the coolest I have ever seen. If you want some honest people to work on your car you will find them here!

A pleasant experience. Six weeks ago I had my 2010 Chevrolet repaired at Steve Grabke's Body Shop. With heavy damage to the front and right side of my vehicle, frame damage was extensive and, clearly the entire vehicle would need to be refinished. From the beginning my concern was that my vehicle would never be the same. Just two weeks later my vehicle was delivered in "like new" condition. The new paint job appears to be better than what I had from the factory, all new body parts fit perfectly and the vehicle steers and drives as well as it ever has! Everything I was promised came true, a loaner car for the entire down time was provided, not one complaint. Steve Grabke saw to it that this would be a hassle free experience, very professional and accomplished!

Fast reliable service with a smile!. I have been in and out of Steve Grabke's body shop off and on since 2001.. The first time I went to Steve Grabke's Body shop I hit a deer. I was very pleased with the service I received and with the repair on my Monte Carlo. They did a great job. The second time I stopped in was to ask them if they could possible check my tire pressure which they did and even put air in my tires. The third time was just a few months ago when my blinker light went out and I stopped in with a new bulb to ask them about it and they replaced my bad bulb within 2 minutes. I would not hesitate to go back to Grabke's. They are friendly and very professional and do a great job!

quick no hassel quality car repair!. I'm very satisfied with the repair work on my durango. I wouldn't hesitate to take my vehicles back. I highly recommend Steve Grabkes Body Shop to anyone who needs collision or paint work done.

Best Body Shop in Toledo!. I have been going to Steve Grabke's body shop for over 5 years now and I have never had a problem. I just recently had my vehicle worked on at the shop and it was done in a timely manner and the work was beautiful. Their work is done right the first time in contrary to other peoples opinions! The customer service is the best I have seen thus far as they are willing to go above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers. I would highly recommend Steve Grabke's body shop to anyone that has an accident and needs work done on their car! They definitely are accommodating and put their customers first!

Not woth the hassle. Six months of returning my vehicle to this body shop and it still is not fixed. Each time I brought it there, some of the work was passed over, and I would have to bring it back. The time before last, I picked up the vehicle and a large scratch was astually added from the shop. I brought it back to have it fixed, and two weeks later I pick up my vehicle and the scratch is still there. Even if they did the best work in town, it is not worth the hassle and aggravation! Take it somewhere that it will be done right the first time.
