The front door speakers sound pretty good, for the money that I spent. If it weren t for the extremely poor customer service that I received from Dave, the general manager, I would go back to replace my rear speakers. He was so rude and dismissive of my concerns, however, that I would never go back to this store or any other TAS store. Back to Car Stereo One, I guess. Work on your customer service skills Dave and maybe read up on the subject of "up sell."

Follow up after taking off my door panel this weekend to see what the installer did - no wonder I lost all low frequency response seeing how the installer installed these speakers. So, yes, Dave General Manager, I do have reason to believe that your staff will do as poor a job on the installation as you did with customer service.

I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased with the staffs friendliness, I felt comfortable speaking to the salesman. The new super store is awesome and worth visiting. The show room is huge, lots of products on display and they have free wi fi to use while you wait to have product installed in vehicle. I highly recommend this business to anyone in the market for a new radio, speakers and a remote car starter.

Dear Mr. Papier (owner of TAS Electronics),

I will be telling everyone I come in contact with, to shop elsewhere. Your salesperson and manager ripped me off; and of all times, at Christmas! You (your sales reps) never told me of your return policy! We actually conducted business at the end of your counter where there were no postings of your lame return policy. I bought a gift for my son, which he did not want. Upon trying to return it, we were only offered store credit, which we did not want. Because of your poor business practice and unwillingness to work with people, we are stuck with your merchandise and the installation fee we paid for! I don't know how you guys sleep at night! You also charged me $56 more than the retail price of your products! I ran a bar code application and your prices were discriminatory! I am telling everyone I know not to shop at TAS, especially the McCord location! You are the worst business people I have ever encountered!

Very unhappy with the service. I was talked into buying a $130 car stereo w/installation fee and parts for a total of $212. Found the same stereo elsewhere for $60, $70 and at the most, $79. I was told twice how they are tops in service. Got on the highway and my dash lights no longer worked. Had to drive 25 miles back to have them fix it . Asked for an adjustment on my bill, but they said no and laughed and never apologized. They took advantage of a college kid. I will NEVER, EVER return and will encourage my friends to never walk in there.

A good place to go if you want key-less entry for your car. TAS Electronics is experienced with working with navigation system, car stereo, car alarms and more. The staff was very knowledgeable when I called the day before and I felt confident about them handling the car alarm with the self-remote starter. Definitely be back.

Awesome service! I came here and got hooked up on a Kenwood stereo for my Honda. I will recommend TAS Electronics to all my friends. Thanks guys!

Took my new car to them and had ordered the amps and head end unit on line. They did a fantastic job! And the price was very reasonable.

I knew, I just KNEW I should have gotten the car alarm when I bought my new car, but I was already spending so much on the car that I did not think I would really need it. I could not have been more wrong. The day after I bought the car, someone broke in one of the windows and stole my ipod out of the center council. The next day I came right to TAS to have an alarm put on my car.

NICE. The cool thing is that they ended up charging me $20 less than the quoted fee, which was already much lower than competitors' prices to begin with.
