TERRIBLE STAFF. After my son being a patient there for 3 years, the office staff have only been problems. They changed my sons doctor/location without even asking in advanced!!! The lady (Linda) checking us in for his appointment was rude, nasty, and wouldn't let me speak. I was being reprimanded for THEIR mistake!! Then when I asked for an office manager, I was told she's not in today... Not the first time I was told this. I asked for a records release, and was told there is 1 lady who does it and will get it done when she gets it done. So I asked to have the Dr. call me personally and she got mad. She was defensive, and basically made me feel like I was wrong and should just do what she says. Then when I asked her name, she was playing games with me and wasn't going to tell me her name. I wish I could say this was the first time I had a bad experience like this one! Unfortunately, the Doctors are the only good part about this office. So if you are looking for long phone waits, terrible service, and someone to make you feel terrible for walking out on a Dr's appt for your child... Good Luck with Toledo Peds!
