I love going to your store at central and holland-sylvania. I do have a problem with one of your workers who likes to roll her eyes at you when your trying to order like she is in a big hurry then when she goes to get your order she is sooooo slow. She is new there her name is Melissa. That girl must hate life cause she is soooo unpleasant. I will no longer go inside to eat or get my food if i see her working. I will go to the drive thru cause the girls that run that are sooo pleasant and fast and are very nice. I also witnessed on tuesday 9-11 that the manager was saying something to Melissa and she just rolled her eyes at him and walked away. Your place used to be so pleasant but now its not and i have noticed it has been since that girl has started working there. She needs to pick up the pace and stop rolling her eyes at people that is soooo rude. If I dont see a different attitude change then I will take my business to balance across the street cause they have very good food and the service is pleasant and they dont roll their eyes at you.
