My review isn't based on the work that the salon does, but rather their businesses practices. Or more specifically, the business practices of one of their stylists, who came highly recommended to me.

Two weeks ago I scheduled an appointment as a brand new customer, and because I work during the day, requested an evening appointment. I waited a week for my 6:30 PM appointment and at 3PM on the day of my appointment, I got a call from the salon telling me my stylist had gone sick for the day.

I was disappointed, but recognized that people do get sick, so I rescheduled my appointment for exactly one week later at 6:30PM. Imagine my surprise when I got a call from the salon the day of my appointment telling me the stylist was sick and couldn't cut my hair that night and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Fat chance!

Apparently, the stylist is sick of working in the evenings, and she's sick of growing her customer base. And she's sick of looking at her appointment book because if she did, she would have realized that she pulled the same stunt with the same exact would-be customer exactly one week earlier. Her loss, because I'm a very good tipper (usually tip 20-25% of the cost of a cut) and it's the salon's loss as well, since I will not be getting my pedicures, manicures, and haircoloring done there, nor will I be buying any products there, either.

Needless to say, I will also be sharing my story with the people who recommended this stylist to me, and suggest that they no longer offer her up to those looking for a recommendation because she clearly doesn't care about growing her clientele

Wonderful from start to finish. What a wonderful experience from start to finish at this salon! I had a very warm welcome to this beautiful salon. And it just got better from there. My stylist actually asked me great questions and even better, she listened to what I said! These stylists have a true passion for what they do and it shows in their work! On a side note, the spa is absolutely dreamy! They have a "relax room" that I'd like to have in my house!!!! Absolutely WONDERFUL! Thank you Pyure!
