I visited Toledo Ohio in June of 2007. However, prior to that I phone ahead of time trying to find a dialysis unit for my mother-in-law to dialize. In fact, I had called Davita (Heatherdown) and that unit was very unprofessional down to the unit Manager. So I decided to call another one before I reported this company! At any rate, I called Davita in Northwood and the vibe I felt over the phone left a warm and caring environment. So with this I say Davita Northwest will be my unit of choice whenever we visit my relative in Toledo Ohio.
Pros: staff was very caring
Cons: need more like this unit
