Interacting with this group is one of the most regrettable experiences of my life. The office staff is insensitive, unprofessional and incompetent. If you don't mind being treated like cattle, you may fair OK, otherwise, save yourself the grief of people who do not listen, do not respond and make it very clear that they really don't care about your needs. The doctors seem to be quite good, but the people that control access to those doctors and any communication with them are horrendous. They're big on 'leave a messages and we'll get back to you', which does not happen. Even if you make it clear that you have intense pain or are experiencing a significant change in your condition... 'Leave a message.....'. If you do get to talk to someone, the will tell you (in a non-apologentic way) the doctor is not available and there's there's nothing they can do. PATHETIC!
Pros: Doctors take time to talk with you.
Cons: The worst office staff
