Good food but service with a blah!

The salsa is always delicious and the chips fresh. Their carnitas are to die for. The beans and rice are cooked and seasoned to perfection. They have a signature drink called el vampiro absolutely fabulous. Their margaritas are better than el caminos and the pitchers with top shelf liquor are considerably cheaper. Now if they could only teach a few particular waiters manners it would be five star for sure. ( we get him at least every other time we go which is weekly but we continue to go because the food is so good lol)

• Cons: some of the waiters are horrible

Authentic Mexican food

The food was authentic Mexican! Cosy atmosphere and quick, friendly service. They have many, many selections to chose from on the menu and immediate service. Almost as soon as you get seated they bring an abundance of home made chips and salsa. It's really difficult to not make your meal on those alone! Your meal arrives way before you get to eat all the chips and salsa you can hold! I think this is Toledo/ Maumee's best kept secret! It's now my favorite place!

Possibly the best Mexican food in Toledo.

Mexican food in Toledo usually lacks authenticity and/or flavor. This place has both! Mid-range pricing for dining out in Toledo.
