One of the country's most successful steakhouse empires attracts a casual crowd with huge, reasonably priced steak dinners and a tempered Texan milieu (country music and imposing cattle busts). Wise diners turn off their internal calorie counters, as many menu items arrive fried, covered in cheese, or both. A typically rich meal starts with cheese fries, followed by a blue cheese-crusted fillet. Fried cheesecake ends the night on a note of Texas-sized decadence.

Longhorn Hospitality. I've dined at Longhorn Steakhouse numerous times and have always had a great meal. Just as great as the meal is the outstanding service we always receive. When you leave the Longhorn Steakhouse you truely understand the meaning of hospitality. Hospitality should be felt and you always leave there knowing the staff and managers enjoyed your visit.
