A great Bridal store!

They were very helpful! I had my flower girl dresses made there and had to do some tweaks to my junior brides maid dresses, they did whatever it was I asked them to and had some of there own hlepfull ideas! I love gallippos and I definutally would recommend this place to a friend!

RESPONSE TO MARYFINGSUNSHINE

Mary, I apologize if we offended you when we asked you to wear a slip since you were totally COMMANDO in our dressing room. Please understand that some lovely bride will someday purchase one of the gowns you were trying on and I am sure she would prefer that no one has tried it on without underwear before she bought it. Also, please try to be honest, no one asked you to pay a penny to try on gowns, you had been in more than once and tried on gowns and received wonderful service. You said so yourself when I asked why you seemed unhappy. The problem was that you wanted to be allowed to get all the information you needed to purchase the beautiful gown we have in our store from an internet discounter. It has become a real problem for full service salons to determine who our real customer is so that we can give the best service to that person. The solution we have come up with may not please you, if you have a better suggestion I would love to hear from you. For your information we do not charge a fee for anyone to try on the thousands of gowns in our store EXCEPT bridesmaids who are intending to purchase online. Since it is impossible for us to know for sure who is just using us as a try on shop we have imposed a fee FOR BRIDESMAIDS ONLY. The fee is REFUNDED 100% WHEN THE BRIDESMAID PURCHASES A GOWN. I understand that you want to save money especially for your bridesmaids. I just can't afford to give you free service and make my real customer stand in line while maryfingsunshine, who has no intention of purchasing anything from me, ties up the dressing rooms, breaks the zippers and messes up the racks. If you want to buy online please try on online. You wouldn't buy lunch at McDonalds and expect to sit in Mancys to eat it because they have better service. Please give me the same respect. I love MY brides, many become like family to me and my greatest desire is for their day to be perfect in every way. I hope you have a wonderful wedding, but unless you are a paying customer I cannot help you plan it.

Wonderful Experience!!!

My son is getting married and the process of dress hunting was daunting for me.The staff made it an absolute breeze and completely painless. Following their suggestions, despite my severe reservations on some dress styles, proved to be a great decision. The dress I purchased was one I was very uncertain of at first blush, but it looks fabulous!! Please do yourself a favor and shop there, you won't be disappointed and your experience will be top notch.Yvonne and her entire staff were friendly and professional!! Thank you!!
