"huge Improvement" is written by shady mgmt. continued from comment: The new parking lot dates you sent out were inaccurate despite you making threats that if we parked you would tow us leaving us all very confused on where to park and for how long. The new flooring in the hallways took a week to remove, and were left with exposed nails in the floor for over a week and no hall lights putting all the tenants and your mgmt team at risk (for injury and consequently a lawsuit). You turn the water and electric off here at random times with no notification, and I have children. The mgmt team here are the most unprofessional individuals I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!! Take one look at one the office lady dresses as work to get a taste of just how "professional" these people are. You'd think they were running a strip club.

Huge improvement. WOW...what a change new owners and new management make. So many improvements to the property since June 2011. New car parking, flooring, security, roofs, air conditioning plus plus plus. The scale of improvements they have carried out in just 3 months is so pleasing to see. The new owners have also brought in new managers who are much nicer to deal with and they actually respond to maintenance needs. A much nicer place to stay now.

WARNING. the last post is almost all correct -the devonshire is under new management now but its not any better. my family and two other families that i know of

were forced to move in march due to massive flooding in our apartments( the third one)

it distroyed my furniture,personal effects,kids toys,etc.

we were on a month to month lease without renters insurance. management decided to send maintance 3 days after the flood to tear out our carpet so we had bare cement floors stained with sewer water to walk on for 2 weeks. so we gave a writen 30day notice and found a new place. now they are charging us to repair the carpet and water damages $ 1,590.32

Warning do not Rent!. Do not rent apartment at Devonshire 902 Gribbin Lane! Your apartment will look great when you move in but if you need repairs they will not get done. Manager Susan is not a nice person. Maintenance may seem nice but will talk about you behind your backs. The owner Issa "Mike" Sobh is a slumlord. Also do not rent from Lewiston, Sunnybrooke, Fox Run, Slyvania Towers, Pine Place, Timber Run, Greenwich and others! He owns them all and treats tenants unfairly! All he wants is his rent check. He doesnt care if you live with mold or fire hazards.
